Terms & Conditions

By accessing, downloading, installing, or playing King of Jungle ("the Game"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.

These Terms apply to all users of the Game, including visitors, registered players, and those who access the Game via the web app at candyboom.wildsaura.com.

King of Jungle is a free-to-play, browser-based match-3 puzzle game developed by WildSaura. The game features:

• 100 progressively challenging levels across jungle-themed zones
• Nepal wildlife-inspired animal tiles including Tigers, Elephants, Rhinos, Peacocks, Eagles, and Monkeys
• Special Power Animal Tiles: 🦁 Lion, 🦒 Giraffe, 🦏 Rhino, and 🐆 Leopard
• Global leaderboard powered by Supabase
• Progressive Web App (PWA) for offline play on Android and iOS

King of Jungle is intended for users of all ages. However, users under the age of 13 should have parental consent before playing or creating an account.

When you create a player profile or sign in via Google OAuth, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information (display name, avatar)
• Not impersonate any other person or entity
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboard scores

You agree to play King of Jungle in a fair and honest manner. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, automation tools, or any software to play the game on your behalf
• Exploiting bugs or glitches to gain unfair scores or progress
• Manipulating game data stored in your browser's localStorage or cloud saves
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the game code
• Attempting to interfere with the game's server, database, or leaderboard

Scores submitted to the global leaderboard must be achieved through legitimate gameplay only.

All content in King of Jungle — including but not limited to game design, artwork, graphics, animations, sound effects, music, code, level designs, Power Animal Tile concepts, and the King of Jungle name and logo — is the exclusive intellectual property of WildSaura.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Game without prior written permission from WildSaura.

Screenshots and gameplay clips shared for personal, non-commercial purposes (social media, reviews) are permitted, provided you credit King of Jungle by WildSaura.

We value your privacy. King of Jungle collects limited data to provide its services:

• Player Name & Avatar: Stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and optionally synced to our cloud database (Supabase) for leaderboard purposes
• Game Progress: Level completions, scores, and star ratings stored locally and in cloud saves
• Google Account Info: If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and display name via Google OAuth — used only for account identification
• No tracking cookies: We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell your data to any third party

Data stored on our Supabase database is secured with Row Level Security (RLS) and industry-standard encryption.

King of Jungle is available as a Progressive Web App (PWA). When installed on your device via "Add to Home Screen" in Chrome or Safari:

• Game assets are cached locally on your device for offline play
• Leaderboard and cloud save features require an active internet connection
• Uninstalling the PWA will remove locally cached game data
• You can revoke offline permissions by clearing your browser's site data

King of Jungle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free gameplay at all times
• Permanent availability of the leaderboard or cloud save service
• That game progress will never be lost due to technical issues

WildSaura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of game progress or data.

WildSaura reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
